PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that during holidays, sales, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) via USPS or UPS
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) available at an additional cost
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather conditions.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available at our Mount Washington, KY boutique location.
If you select this option at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside of the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at info@vita-v.com, for assistance.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Vita Vittoriosa IV Therapy & Wellness is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to help you locate your order.
